Rotary Screening Bucket
Efficiently screen materials with our Rotary Screening Bucket, also known as Screening Drum, Trommel Bucket or Rotating Sifter.
Our Rotary Screening Buckets feature interchangeable mesh screens in varying sizes between 10mm to 150 / 10 - 60mm for smallest two models and 10 - 120 for larger with custom sizes available upon request. This allows for optimal screening of all materials such as topsoil, stone, and demolition waste. Fully customizable to withstand all harsh Australian environments, including underwater use with a waterproof hydraulic motor.
Constructed from NM400 and 460 mild body with a 355 mild hitch & NM400 screens. High-quality, hardened carbon steel pins reduce tension and increase lifespan. All orders come included with a case drain line, hoses, screens, and either replaceable teeth or a bolt-on edge.
All of our Rotary Screening Buckets will come secured by our industry-leading 5-year warranty and Free Servicing Kit (up to $3,190 in value) which contains spare rollers and an additional set of screens.

Interchangeable Screen System: Various screen sizes are available (10mm to 150mm) and custom sizes below 10mm available upon request. Screen materials specific to your needs, allowing for versatility and efficiency with different applications. Screen comes laser-cut and in a robust conical structure to provide maximum strength and be easily replaceable.
Waterproof Hydraulic Motor: Motor is low noise, while also being fully submersible and is entirely waterproof to enable underwater applications making it suitable for port operations, dam cleaning and wash plants.
Teeth & Cutters: Replaceable teeth included as standard and an optional bolt-on edge is available to provide flexibility based on individual needs. This allows for simplified maintenance and upkeep over time, ensuring the bucket remains efficient and reducing downtime.
Bolt-On Head Bracket & Support Bearings: Extra head brackets can be purchased to facilitate use with multiple machines, while support bearings assist in drum rotation and weight distribution. This improves operational stability and extends the life of the attachment by reducing wear on the drive system.
High-Quality Carbon Pins: Pins are made of 1045 high-quality carbon steel and go through a quenching and tempering process to ensure long-term integrity and strength. Reduction in the need for replacements or maintenance.
Customisation: Engineered to suit all specific operational needs with comprehensive customisation options. This includes a variety of interchangeable screen sizes, bolt-on head bracket, replaceable teeth and side cutters.
Durability: Constructed using H- NM400 and 460 mild body, 355 mild hitch, NM400 screens, materials to provide maximum strength, ensuring longevity and performance are paramount.
