The Vibrating Pile Driver (or Vibro Pile Driver) is a revolutionary piece of equipment that has transformed the way pile driving operations are carried out. Its unique tilting and rotation functionality make it the most versatile, efficient and safe pile driver on the market. As well as this, the heavy duty cylinder creates vibrations to allow for efficient piling in even the most stubborn ground conditions.The Vibrating Pile Driver has a robust construction, which incorporates hardened pins and larger bushes, resulting in a reduction to the overall torsional tension and providing maximum support. This directly aids in prolonging the lifespan of the attachment, while ensuring durability and reliability in tough conditions.
Tilting & Rotation Functionality: Boasting a 90-degree tilting function, easily pick up sheet piles horizontally and simplifying manual interference in the pile-driving process. Meanwhile the 360-degree rotating functionality allows for optimal positioning. Combined, these features allow for greater efficiency and safety regardless of site angle or position.
Versatile Pile Handling: Capable of both driving and pulling out piles, designed for handling I-beams, pipes, sheet piles and plates. Can handle I-beams with widths as little as 250mm, with the ability for down to 200mm available by request. For pipes, a diameter of 280mm with smaller sizes available by request. This provides maximum flexibility with handling various sized piles and enhancing operational efficiency.
Heavy Duty Cylinders: Generates high-frequency vibrations which help drive piles into the ground effectively. Its robust construction means it can withstand the extreme forces generated when driving piles improving reliability and efficiency over long periods of time.
High-Quality Electrical Harness: This component interconnects the electrical systems of the machine, such as its sensors, motors and controllers. Meticulously designed and assembled to ensure reliable and efficient transmission of electrical signals. This allows for maximum machine uptime and reliability, improving safety and increasing reliability. It allows for quick fault detection and simple maintenance, when required.

The Vibrating Pile Driver is an extremely versatile attachment that can handle a wide range of ground densities. With its revolutionary features, it is capable of driving piles quickly, efficiently and precisely, even in the most challenging ground conditions.
As shown in the graph, when driving an 8m long pile, depending on the ground density, would decide which size Vibrating Pile Driver attachment will be most efficient and effective for the job.
In this example, for loose ground types the smaller VPD1859 would be suitable in comparison to very dense ground where the VPD2384 would be more suitable.
