This versatile and powerful demolition attachment is designed to tackle any demolition task put before it. It can easily handle both primary and secondary demolition tasks, as well as being available in both fixed or rotating models.Our MBI Pulveriser range has a demolition-oriented design, for effective ground demolition and optimal crushing process. With its reinforced structure, it’s designed to withstand even the most challenging demolition tasks. Constructed with HARDOX 400 and HARDOX 450 steel produced by Swedish Steelworks the MBI Pulveriser is designed to conquer any demolition projects it’s thrown into.
Fixed or Rotating Model: Both fixed and rotating models available. Fixed model is suitable for stationary applications such as use in recycling centres, while rotating models provide precise positioning which are essential for more complex demolition tasks. The rotating model uses a 360-degree hydraulic rotation system that allows for optimal control, enhanced manoeuvrability and easy operation in tight or awkward spaces.
Speed-Valve Technology: Reduce opening and closing times with its advanced hydraulic valve system. Enjoy smoother and faster operation, increasing productivity, saving costs and extending the lifespan of the attachment. This feature reduces stress across the components leading to more optimal operation.
Concrete & Rebar Separation: Designed and engineered to separate concrete from rebar reinforcements. Improve recycling and disposal efficiency, saving costs and improving overall operational efficiency.
Cylinder Shield: The hydraulic cylinder is protected by a protective shield, which safeguards the cylinder from damage caused by debris during demolition. This helps ensure the longevity of the product, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
Interchangeable Plates: Easily and quickly replace plates with two toothing patterns. When teeth are worn, simply replace them, reducing maintenance downtime, while also allowing for adaptability to both primary and secondary demolition tasks which improves operational efficiency.

Concrete & Iron Separation
Our Pulveriser is designed to be highly specialised in concrete and iron separation. This function allows for effective separation of concrete materials from the inner iron reinforcements during the crushing process.

Speed-Valve Technology
Speed-Valve Technology is an advanced feature, designed to significantly enhance the attachment’s efficiency and productivity. This innovative hydraulic valve system optimises the flow of the hydraulic fluid within the attachment. This reduces the time taken for the jaws to open and close during demolition tasks.
This technology maintains smoother operation and minimises delays allowing for more jobs to be completed in a shorter period of time. Increased productivity and cost-effectiveness on the worksite are a major benefit of the Speed-Valve Technology. The improved fluid dynamics within the hydraulic system also helps reduce stress on the components, prolonging the attachments lifespan.
Interchangeable Plates
The interchangeable plates add versatility and adaptability to the attachment, allowing it to tackle a vast variety of demolition tasks. The plates are comprised of two independent parts and can be quickly replaced as teeth wear out, significantly reducing downtime and ensuring consistent performance.
Available in two different toothing patterns, the interchangeable plates allow the pulveriser to adapt to both primary and secondary demolition tasks.
