Unlock advanced material screening proficiency with our Heavy Duty Rock Sieve Bucket, also known in the industry as Rock Shaker, Rock Screening or Rock Separating Buckets.
Boasting an open-back design, reinforced wear plating, high penetration rock teeth, compression relief exits & side cutters, the bucket effortlessly withstands abrasion & deformation while excelling in sorting soil, rocks & waste with enhanced functionality & reduced cycled times.
Select from a variety of steels including: 400-grade steel, HARDOX 450 or Bisalloy. All Rock Sieve Buckets come equipped with all teeth and wear parts pre-installed along with two pins for direct mounting and use with quick hitches.
All Rock Sieve Buckets are accompanied with our standard 5-year warranty and FREE Servicing Kit (up to $3,554 RRP) that includes a spare set of teeth and side cutters (pins, retainers, nuts and bolts included) so all customers can maximise their attachment lifespan at no extra expense.

High Penetration Rock Teeth: Easily break rocks and penetrate stubborn ground with efficiency and ease to maintain optimal performance.
Interlocked Rib & Rod Design: Customisable screens with reinforced rib & rod design. Maintain structural integrity whilst reducing drag and production timelines.
Reinforced Wear Protection: Protection in high-contact areas, including reinforced side plate, side cutters, side wall chocks, heel chocks, underbelly wear strips, and front lip edge protectors. This reduces deformation and ongoing wear which results in lower overall downtime.
Head Bracket Integrated Into Torsional Bar: Head bracket integrated into the torsional bar with reinforced gussets to ensure long-term performance under heavy loads.
Dual Radius Design: Reducing drag and maximising breakout force to increase digging efficiency and increasing bucket lifespan.
Five Axis Robot Welding: Yields higher-quality welds with minimal defects, followed by ultrasonic testing to ensure no microscopic discontinuities.
Open-back Screen Utilisation: Optimised sieve capabilities & bucket’s longevity.
Customisable: Customised screen size, G.E.T., width, cubic capacity and primary/secondary material application. All customers can also modify the unit to suit the abrasion index onsite.
