The Crusher Bucket comes with replaceable jaw plates for both standard and fine specifications. The reversible running direction minimises downtime from blockages with the inclusion of the dust suppression system. The adjustable output size allows customers to tailor efficiency to specific job site requirements. This bucket provides significant cost savings by reducing transportation and dumpsite costs.
The general body assembly features high abrasion resistant NM500 steel which has a hardness range of around 470-540 HBW making it ideal for working in and around demanding demolition environments. We use ZGMn18CR2 a austenitic manganese steel for the upper and lower jaw plates due to its ability to work-harden during operation, it has proven to be versatile, and works well in a majority of applications. Pins are constructed from high-quality carbon Steel.

Reversible Running Direction: Avoid unnecessary downtime from blockages with the ability to reverse the running direction and minimise the risks involved with manual intervention. A result of this is smoother, more efficient operation, as well as creating a better ease of operation.
Dust Suppression System: Minimises the release of dirt into the environment, improving environmental regulation compliance. It also protects the health of the operator by reducing airborne particles, allowing for a safer working environment.
Durability: Constructed with HARDOX for the maximum amount of wear resistance and also ensuring all critical parts can withstand heavy use in demanding environments. Replaceable jaws and internal walls allow for better structural integrity of the bucket over time.
Customisable: Many parts of the crusher bucket can be customised, including the jaw plate, output size, optional magnet, hydraulic connections and more. This allows for the bucket to be made specific to the project's requirements.
