MBI Eagle 2 Rotating Scrap Shear
Also known as metal cutting shears, scrap metal processing shears, hydraulic metal shears and metal recycling shears, The MBI Scrap Shear 2 is a highly versatile metal demolition tool, ideal for dismantling metal structures and processing scrap materials. Its innovative jaw and blade designs allow for increased operational accuracy and efficiency, while the speed-valve technology reduces cycle times and helps get jobs done in a fraction of the time. Other features such as the auto lube system and forged reverse cylinders drastically improve the integrity of the shear, leading to improved longevity of the attachment.The jaws of the shears are precisely cut from 160mm thick HARDOX 400 and HARDOX 450 steel produced by Swedish Steelworks steel using high powered water jets. This process reduces the risk of weakening caused by the high temperatures associated with traditional cutting processes
Jaw & Blade DesignJaw & Blade Design: The MBI Scrap Shear 2 features a fixed jaw design which can efficiently tilt materials to position them for optimal cutting. There is also a mobile jaw which delivers concentrated force onto the reduced surface area, allowing for precise cutting. Along with this, the blades can be turned three times before they will require replacement. This increases their lifespan, while their distinctive shape, piercing tip and frontal blade improves cutting performance and allows enhanced perforation capabilities.
Speed-Valve Technology: This innovative feature significantly reduces the opening and closing times of the shears, allowing for increasing operational efficiency which improves productivity. This improves performance during even the most demanding demolition and recycling tasks.
Auto Lube System: Ensure proper lubrication of all essential components, reducing wear and friction to help increase the longevity of the shear. This is done through the patented Manto-Autolube system.
Forged Reversed Cylinders: The reversed cylinder design aids in providing improved rod protection and reduces the attachments weight.
