Featuring a hybrid push-pull design, an integrated head bracket, high-strength tynes, an interlocking rod, reinforced gussets and reinforced cutters. We provide 100% customisation over width, tyne thickness and spacing for optimal onsite. Superior tyne geometry, high-quality carbon pins and ultrasonic-tested welds are additional features which enhance durability and performance.
The Stick Rake utilises high-strength steel for its tynes. Pins are made from 1045 high-quality carbon steel and all welds are reinforced with ultrasonic testing to verify no microscopic discontinuities.

High-Strength Tynes: Thicker and more robust tynes than those found on standard stick rakes. Designed to withstand the harshest conditions, without bending or breaking. Easily tackle tough debris or dense vegetation without the need for frequent replacements or repairs.
Hybrid Push-Pull Design: Facilitates the ability to push or pull materials, allowing dual function of the rake. Suitability across a wide range of applications, without a loss of penetration. Easily manage the placement of debris and move material away from the cab for safer operation with penetrating tynes.
Integrated Head Bracket with Torsional Bar: Additional strength is provided by the integrated head bracket, while the torsional bar distributes the load evenly across the attachment. This allows the rake to withstand significant torsional forces without the risk of structural failure. Less stress on the attachment means improved efficiency with a reduced need for maintenance.
Gussets and Interlocking Rods: The rake has additional reinforcements with gussets and interlocking torsional rods that run through the tynes. The gussets support the structure while preventing bending and flexing of the tynes during heavy use. The interlocking rods enhance the overall strength and stability of the rake, reducing the likelihood of deformation. This results in continuous and dependable performance.
Reinforced Cutters: Positioned between each tyne, the cutters are designed to add strength and versatility to the rake. They enable the rake to handle smaller materials such as branches and roots with ease, while not letting them slip through. They also break up and clear stubborn debris, improving performance.
Durability: Engineered and designed with durability and performance at the forefront. Designed to handle the most demanding environments, the stick rake has many features designed to improve performance, while increasing structural integrity. This greatly reduces the chances of tynes bending or breaking.
Customisable: Many aspects of the Stick Rake can be customised to better suit the required project. Some of these customisations include the width of the rake, tyne spacing, tyne thickness, plus we can accommodate specific requests as well, including adding teeth, hard facing tips or any other modification.
