The core body is fabricated out of 500HBW graded steel to provide high resistance to the abrasive wear and impact the units faces on the job site extending the overall lifetime of the unit.

As the jaw plates wear down whilst crushing, they can be easily swapped out with new ones, keeping the crusher bucket operational for longer periods of time. Additionally, the side walls of the inner jaws have replaceable cheek plates to prevent wear on the main body of the Crusher Bucket.

Output size can be adjusted quickly on site depending on the project requirements. This increases operational efficiency and greater control over on site material processing.
