Large Bucket Capacity

Engineered with an expansive volume interior, allowing it to hold significant amounts of bulk materials such as sand, mud, coal and gravel. The larger capacity reduced the number of required cycles, significantly enhancing efficiency. This leads to drastic increases in productivity.

360-Degree Rotating Motor

The bucket is equipped with a continuous 360-degree rotating motor. The motor is designed for durability and smooth operation, allowing for simple repositioning. This improves operational flexibility and precision. A fixed model option is available for specific tasks requiring stable positioning.

Dual Rams with Cross-Feed System

The bucket utilises dual hydraulic rams equipped with a cross-feed system, ensuring consistent hydraulic pressure and flow between both rams.

Improved Geometry

The design of the bucket involved improved optimised geometry which includes jaws that are angled to fully penetrate materials, rather than pushing them. As well as this, there are wide clam openings of 800mm to 2,400mm to maximise load potential. This allows for secure and efficient loading of materials, reducing the effort required by the excavator, while also allowing for maximum material capture.

High Clamping Forces

Hydraulic pistons provide high clamping force, ensuring a secure grip on material being handled. The dual-cylinder design maximises closing strength and greatly reduces the risk of load loss. Materials are held securely during transportation and loading.
